Skin City is based in Burlington, ON, working out of a private, home-based clinic. All appointments are by booking only to ensure a personalized experience.
Booking is easy! You can click the Book Now button on the website or use the link in my Instagram bio to schedule your appointment. You can also reach out to me directly to schedule if you prefer.
Before your appointment, you’ll need to complete a health intake form. This helps me understand your goals and ensures that your treatment is safe and tailored to your needs.
At your first appointment, we’ll dicuss your goals, go over treatment options and create a plan that’s right for you. I’m here to answer any questions and make sure you feel comfortable with the process.
Most clients don’t find the treatments painful, but everyone’s pain tolerance is different. We also use numbing when necessary to ensure maximum comfort during your treatment.
Botox: Max results at day 14
Filler: Results are immediate (with some possible swelling)
Fat Dissolving: Results take 4-6 weeks to fully develop after each session.
Skin Boosters: Many clients notice initial results in 1 week. Full effects typically appear after 4-6 weeks.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If this happens more than once, a deposit may be required to book future appointments.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to keep things running smoothly for everyone.
If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule. Your health is the priority, and treatments should only be done when you’re feeling your best.
Treatments are available for clients who are 18 and over.
All payments for services are final and non-refundable. We’ll go over your treatment plan ahead of time so you know what to expect, but individual results may vary.
If you’ve purchased a package and decide not to continue after the first session, the session will be charged at the regular single-treatment rate, and the remaining balance can be applied as credit toward other services.
A deposit is only required for IV therapy, since IV bags are pre-mixed and must be used right away. The deposit is applied to the total cost of the treatment.
